James Adamy provides content related to consciousness, channeled transmissions, personal reflections, and advisory services. The Services may include a website, social media integrations, and content published across various platforms.

3. Sessions and Bookings

Every person and every session is unique, so a particular message, connection, experience, or outcome cannot be guaranteed. Sessions are intended for spiritual insight and personal growth. They are not medical or mental health treatment and are not a replacement for care from a qualified professional. You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions, and well-being.

All sessions are for adults 18 and older.

4. Payments, Rescheduling, and Refunds

All session payments are final and non-refundable. If you need to change your appointment, one reschedule is available with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations, missed appointments, and changes requested within 48 hours forfeit the session.

Once a session has begun or been completed, payment is final. Dissatisfaction with the information received or the outcome of a session does not qualify for a refund.

If I am unable to provide your scheduled session, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, images, audio, and video, is the property of James Adamy unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We access your data on these platforms only with your explicit authorization and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
